Well, the exams are over and so are the holidays. BooHoo! But my holidays were fantastice. Visiting the Land of the Queen was beyond expectation. Okay, not really. But going back there to relive memories(my childhood memory there) was great. Not only that, I got to meet my cousins, my nieces and nephew. My youngest niece is like a doll. She is so naughty and yet she looks like an angel. Scotland was scenic with the mountains and lakes and not forgetting the castles. I had to visit a castle because without that what would a trip to UK be. I visited the Eilean Donnan Castle ( I think that's how you spell it). It was breathtaking and amazing ...Like DUH! It is one of the most photographed castles in Scotland.

I had to also visit the Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, Madame Tussauds. At Madame Tussauds, I meet The Beckhams, Will Smith, Tom Cruise, Nicole Kidman, Jeniffer Aniston, The Queen herself, Prince William and Prince Harry and not to forget some of the great leaders of this world including Mathma Gandhi, Martin Luther Jr.King and lots more. I even managed to step on the zero degree longitud line that passes through Greenwich! Cool, eh? I found it amazing. Wales was never the less beautiful. I would definitely go back to UK anytime. Except that the flight is 13 hours. But the movies I manage to enjoy on the flight were amazing.

VANTAGE POINT
A must-watch...especially if you love action, politics and anything in between.
I never knew a movie could be that enthralling.
Definitely, 5 stars.

SPIDERWICK

THE OTHER BOLEYN GIRL
You know what they say, Curiosity Kills the Cat...
This movie had me guessing the ending from the beginning.
Amazing acting!

GOAL
A story of true love for the game!

OUTSOURCED
One word : Different!

Well, enough of movies. Now, all I have left is reality. And right now it is so, so, only la...

Holiday in Bali

Well, exams are over and my post-exam holidays are also over. School life is going to be back in motion in the next few days. Arghh! Well, my holiday in Bali was fun. The temples in Bali were amazing. There was this temple that was built near the sea and you can see the waves crashing on it. IT WAS AMAZING! Truly beautiful. Shopping was also great. But you have to know the tricks of bargaining...if not, you will come home with empty pockets of otherwise BROKE! I enjoyed myself at the beach as well...When I did FLYING FISH...it's quite hard to explain what that is but when I upload the photos...I'll place it here. It was amazing even though I was afraid. This is what I mean, LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST...I am actually living up to that Motto. Yeah, me! I can't wait for class reunion this Saturday....
Well, tons of work to do. I have to go...

A New Year

I never thought a new year of school could be this taxing and unbelievable. The amount of homework, the new classmates and of course the new subjects are a little intimidating. But hey, it's part of Life's Journey, isn't it? But I am confident enough to say that I do not rock life at this moment. But Life, I am like a boomerang and I am going to come flying back. (I hope so) I have got so many activities fitted into the 24 hours a day in my life that I had no time to watch televison for the first two weeks of school( which is very horrifying as I am a couch potato) (I am not supposed to be functioning without my t.v.). Luckliy, I have managed to fit television back into my life and just in time for American Idol. I think that guy who sang 'We Are Brothers' (yeah, that guy who thinks Simon is everything) is hilarious. And I am quite sure that that song will become an absolute hit. It already is in my class as we couldn't stop singing it for the first two days after the American Idol telecast. As I said, homework is a big part of my life. And now I have to go and do some.

P.S. To 3A3's of 2007, I really miss you guys. I wish we could be back in the same class all over again!

2008

What a lovely day it has been. No school. No disturbance from anyone. Just me and my John Grisham, A Time To Kill storybook. I am not even half way through the 500 page book but I am already loving the story. It is about law and the courtroom scenario is just enthralling. As I inspire to be a lawyer one day(i think), this book just makes my dream even more realistic. As John Grisham is a lawyer himself, you know that the facts in the book are true. It gives me an inside life on what is feels like to be a lawyer. All I can say is it sounds really cool. But the character in the book, Jake Brigance is a defense attorney. And the last thing I would want to do is defend a criminal. But I guess there is where the most exciting part lies. I can’t wait to finish the storybook. I have to get my hands on more John Grisham books. And as for now, here I come law school even if you are not ready to accept. I will be knocking on your door in about 3 year’s time. I can’t wait! School starts tomorrow. Friends and teachers and homework will be pilling back into my life. I am half excited and have devastated. I am anxious. I am smiling and jumping around like an idiot because I am also nervous.

That was yesterday. The second day of the oh-so much anticipated 2008.
Today is today.
The 3rd of January 2008.
School has started. And the teachers have already started to freak me out about my major, MAJOR exam next year. I hardly understand anything. I feel like everything is moving too fast. I can remember it like yesterday, all the new form 1's(including me) arriving at my alma mater. And the 1A3 students grouping to be a family for the very first time. It took us some time to know each other, but we did it. And now, 3 years later, when we know each other so well, we are getting separated. It is so unfair! Two of my best friends are in different classes from me. SOB!SOB! But, hey, it's life. And that is part of LIFE's JOURNEY! Making new friends and at the same time keeping the old. I wish I could just pause the clock. Or turn back the handles. I don't want to grow up so fast. I want to enjoy life and not go of to college and learn.learn. learn. But I do hear college life is good! I will have to see for myself. Of course, there are certain things I can wait to do like drive a car! That would rock. Getting a job and working, paying for your own bills, I am not sure. Working sounds fun(if your job doesn't take the life out of you) but paying your own bills.....................................
Well, I just want to wish everyone a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

YESTERDAY IS BUT A DREAM, TOMORROW A VISION OF HOPE, LOOK TO THIS DAY FOR IT IS LIFE!
(So what you waitin for punk, Live Life to the Fullest!)
